Hellenic Bank, one of the largest banking and financial institutions in Cyprus sought our help to improve their online image and user experience of their online properties.
Recognising our skillset, we worked closely with Hellenic Bank providing User Interface and Web Experience Designs as well as Web Development. Through our collaborative approach we brought together our expert design and development teams under the purview of our experienced Creative Director, and created a fresh new approach to their online properties. Likewise, our UX practice is focused on providing the best possible user experience to both end users and internal users. With a fast-paced generation, youngsters and adults need one click options to log in to a website. And a login page for any banks web-banking operation, is extremely pertinent, however trivial as it may seem. This, coupled with the fact that there is a growing bounce-rate from log-in pages, we carefully designed the login page for Hellenic Banks web-banking.
We created a simplified and more visually engaging page for the login area for the Hellenic Banking. It is clean cut and minimalistic to drive the attention of the user to the single most important function it performs – to login. Additionally, it offers secondary information to download the Mobile banking app, always in line with the branding the Bank wanted to communicate. We refined the login fields functionality, the header area with clear 'call to actions' and icons. Overall, we made the page work very well for mobile devices and small screens by building the front-end ourselves.
The login page is designed to work seamlessly across any devise. It delivers the pertinent information prominently, irrespective of the device at hand.
For the Hellenic bank mobile app, we created a clean and engaging landing page that highlights the features of the Banks mobile app. We used photo-manipulation for an engaging hero image. Additionally, we created custom icon designs and GIF animations, as well as helped with the structure and content layout. It goes without saying that the design is in-line with previous work we did, such as the Hellenic banking login page, keeping certain elements consistent for users.
We developed the front-end design of the landing page, making it fully responsive. Therefore, it works perfectly in multiple resolutions and mobile devices without compromising the user experience.
