Headquartered in London, with regional offices in Cyprus and Vietnam, CRM.COM currently enjoys high yearly revenue growth rates. Being in the process of implementing its ambitious plan to become a leader in subscription billing and real-time rewards, they felt that their old website did not adequately communicate who they are.
So, they selected to team with BLEND to help them elevate their online presence by redesigning and redeveloping their website, expecting that extra touch from us to bring out their unique offerings and services.

Before embarking in our design process, we first dove into the discovery phase to better understand the solutions that CRM.COM offers to be able to create that unique design that they were after, to better resonate to their target audiences.
Both BLEND and CRM.COM agreed that creating custom icons and illustrations would be a great way to present things in a very unique manner. So, a series of nicely illustrated work was created resulting to a very unique and elegant web design with a nice balance of white space to compliment the text.
The development stage was pretty smooth sailing too. The website was developed with custom, reusable Gutenberg blocks in WordPress which gives the flexibility to the client to build more pages easily using the same functional blocks throughout the site, without requiring the services of an agency / developer. So, this places the control in the hands of the client. We also applied subtle page transitions, always aiming to give that extra special element to each project we undertake.
Additionally, and as always, we took careful consideration of the responsive adjustments on CRM.COM making it equally impressive across all resolutions and type of devices. Without compromising the key messages and USP’s and the overall user experience either.
