Working closely with Stoli Cyprus for the last few years, Stoli Global hired us to develop a Facebook application to be used across Stoli’s regional Facebook pages.
The campaign started at Stoli Ibiza and contestants were able to win 2 unforgettable days in Ibiza with accommodation in luxury rooms and suites at “The Ushuaia Club” with admission to the Ants party at Ushuaia. The application is multi-lingual and mobile friendly based on BLEND’s flexible and simple CMS. Based on this administrators could view, filter contestants and manage several aspects of the competition app.

We strictly followed the Stoli Global brand guidelines for the overall design of the Facebook application. Furthermore, we made the layout responsive to work well on all devices. Which is why we opted for a clean-cut grid-based layout with a flat strong design which clearly reflects the Stoli image via an appropriate typography and colour palette.
During the development phase, we integrated the competition on a Facebook canvas. This had detection scripts to redirect mobile users to a full screen responsive version, to optimise the experience on all devices. Furthermore, on the Facebook canvas we implemented a full screen scrolling with slide transitions to give emphasis on each section.
Additionally, we implemented an authentication with Facebook which allowed us to automatically save the contestant’s personal information. This way, the administrators can easily manage these data through the back-end system. With simple messages about the competition and strong photography from the venue we made the overall application self-explanatory to follow and understand quickly and simply join the fun.
